Driftio's Terms of service

Version 1.04

1. Requirements to create an account

When you create an account with Driftio you also enter into an agreement with Driftio App AB ("Driftio"). This Agreement refers to the terms described in this document ("Terms") which refer to the provision of personal and financial information services via the mobile app “Driftio” and website (the "Service"). For the purpose of these Terms, “Driftio” shall solely mean Driftio App AB, registration no. 559418-1272, unless expressly stated otherwise. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as establishing joint controllership between Driftio App AB and any other entity.

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • That you are at least 16 years old
  • Have a valid personal email address
  • Adhere to and accept the Terms, and agree to be bound by the Terms
  • That you may need to accept new Terms to continue using the service

By creating an account you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement applicable in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with parental or legal guardian consent. Driftio does not knowingly collect data from users below the applicable minimum age and will delete such data upon becoming aware of it.

Driftio does not actively target users in the United States or Canada for commercial purposes, and users in these regions who independently access the Service do so at their own initiative.

2. Terms acceptance and account verification signs the Terms and unlock more services

By creating an account you thereby acknowledge and agree on the Terms.

Access to additional features within the Service may require account verification. The availability of digital ID account verification methods may vary by country, and certain regions may not support verification processes. If an account verification method is not available in your market, certain features of the Service may be restricted or unavailable.

When you choose to verify your account with a digital ID, you simultaneously sign the Terms with your digital signature. It is for guarantee of the legitimate use of the Service and for the safety of our users when choosing to share data in the Service.

3. Free version and cost for subscription services

  • Creating an account and using the Service for personal use only is totally free.

Driftio uses a freemium business model for private use and offers premium and business subscriptions, and may offer other services that cost money. As a private consumer user, you personally decide whether or not you want to use any paid services or only use our free services without subscription.

  • Optional Premium subscriptions may only be purchased by private individuals for private use of additional functionality in the Service.

  • Any commercial, corporate or otherwise business use of an individual account in the Service requires an active individual Business subscription. Unauthorised commercial use of an individual account without a Business subscription may without notification suffer from suspension of the individual to access the Service, as well as penalties for damages.

Subscription purchases, subscription management and handling of payment methods are made through the payment channels made available by Driftio from time to time, which may include Driftio’s web service in supported markets. The prices for subscriptions and other paid services are stated under Pricing on our website and may change over time. Any price changes will take effect at the next billing cycle and will be communicated in advance where required by applicable law.

Driftio reserves the right to monitor usage and enforce technical or fair-use limits, including restricting or suspending access in case of excessive or abnormal usage.

Driftio offers optional AI-based features that may change in performance, availability or output quality over time and may be modified, limited or discontinued without notice. Services can be offered to all, or to Premium or other paid subscriptions, including data import from images and AI-based financial guidance.

4. Subscription cancellation, refund policy and account termination

By purchasing a subscription or paid service you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that the service begins instantly upon purchase. Where applicable law provides a withdrawal right, you confirm that you waive this right by requesting immediate delivery of the service.

All subscriptions, including Premium and Business subscriptions, are set to renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept that your subscription will automatically renew, and you will be charged for the renewal period at the then current rate unless cancelled before the renewal date. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure you review your subscription settings and cancel in advance if you do not wish for automatic renewal.

You may cancel your subscription at any time using the cancellation function available directly within the Service before the next billing date. If you choose to cancel a Premium or Business subscription, it will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, your account will be downgraded to the free version, with Premium users retaining access to a limited portion of the service, while Business users will no longer be able to use the service for any commercial purposes and must select to become a Private user.

After the billing cycle ends, no further charges will be applied for a cancelled subscription. Paid services are generally non-refundable and instantly activated, no refunds will be issued except where required by applicable law. This applies to all paid services, including subscriptions, whether you use the Service or not.

You may delete your account and discontinue use of the Service at any time. Upon account deletion, Driftio will remove all personal financial data and any other information attributable to you, except for data that Driftio is legally required to retain and archive, such as tax related information associated with payments.

5. Modifications to the Service and Terms

Driftio reserves the right to modify the Service, amend these Terms, or discontinue the Service at its discretion, subject to applicable law. Any material changes to the Terms will be communicated to users in advance before they take effect. If you choose to activate new services, you may be required to accept additional terms and conditions specific to those services.

New functionality may be added continuously and existing functionality may evolve over time and outputs may vary as AI-models, data sources and systems are updated.

If you have entered into a separate binding agreement with Driftio or any third-party provider in connection with your use of the Service, you are obligated to fulfil the terms of that agreement. Likewise, Driftio and any applicable third-party provider must adhere to their respective obligations under such an agreement towards you as a user.

6. Secure and legitimate use of the Service

Driftio is committed to safeguarding the personal information of its users through robust security measures designed to protect and securely store user data within its systems. As a user, you expressly consent to retain full control over the sharing of your personal data and may choose which specific items or categories of data to share, as well as the duration for which such data will be accessible to the approved individual, business or government authority. Users have the ability to review and manage their shared data, and at any time revoke access at their discretion.

By choosing to share your personal and financial information, you as a user expressly consent to take on full responsibility for any resulting disclosures and must ensure that such information is shared correctly and only with the intended recipient.

Unauthorised use or abuse of the Service is strictly prohibited. If Driftio determines that there is any risk of misuse, fraudulent activity, or inappropriate use of the Service, it reserves the right to lock, suspend or terminate user accounts without prior consent in order to protect the security and integrity of users financial information and the Service itself.

Data transmissions, including payment information, are conducted through encrypted communication channels. However, by creating an account and using the Service, the user acknowledges and accepts that, as with any online banking or financial service, absolute protection against unauthorised access by individuals or automated systems cannot be guaranteed. In the event of a significant security incident affecting your personal data, Driftio will notify affected users in accordance with applicable law.

7. Data collection, user consent, and third-party information access

Driftio complies with applicable data protection laws as the data controller. Where personal data is transferred internationally, Driftio takes reasonable steps to fulfil a standard of protection comparable to that required under applicable data protection laws. Users may request a copy of their personal data and Driftio will respond within one month. For questions about personal data or to exercise your data protection rights, you may contact the Data Protection Officer (DPO) at privacy@driftio.com.

Driftio collects and retains data about you as a user in accordance with applicable European data protection laws and for purposes necessary to provide and operate the Service. Data is only stored to enhance user experience or as required for the proper operation of the Service. You retain ownership of any of your data and content in the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that any imported data or uploaded images or screenshots belong to you and are suitable for processing. By importing, submitting or uploading data or content, you instruct Driftio to use software and AI-based functionality to interpret, structure and analyse such content solely to provide the Service in accordance with your instructions. AI-based features are optional user-initiated tools and may produce incomplete, inaccurate or estimated outputs. Driftio does not provide any financial advice and cannot guarantee correct extraction, classification or analysis of any data. See Section 11 for important limitations and disclaimers regarding AI-based functionality.

In certain markets, users may have the option to grant Driftio access to their financial data from third-party providers, such as banks and financial information service providers, through a third-party login mechanism. By opting to use this functionality, you as a user expressly consent to the collection of data from external sources based on your personal identification credentials. Such personal data may include, but is not limited to, your full name, personal identification number or equivalent, digital ID, date of birth, email address, phone number, assets, liabilities and transaction details.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to Driftio providing your personal identification details to third-party providers, solely to the extent necessary for verifying your identity as a unique authenticated user. This verification enables Driftio to upon your request retrieve and present the requested financial information within the Service to enhance its value for you.

When you choose to download a copy of your financial information through the Service, you are directly retrieving this data from the third-party provider for personal use. By doing so, you also consent to automatically upload the same information to the Service for personal use. If any such personal or financial information is subject to banking secrecy laws or similar legal restrictions, you explicitly authorise Driftio to store, process, and disclose this information solely to you and any recipients you designate.

You are primarily responsible for your use of the Service and for ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions of any third-party provider when granting access to your data through the use of your personal identification credentials, and by doing so you choose to actively and directly download this data to yourself from the third-party provider for your own personal use. Even if such personal and financial information may be covered by bank secrecy or other legal limitation, you as a user personally consent to simultaneously, on your behalf, to upload this personal use information to the Service for Driftio to store, process and disclose this information to you personally and to the recipients that you may request. You as a user are in all situations primarily responsible for ensuring that such actions comply with the laws and regulations of your country, regardless of whether the information is originating from or shared with a private individual, business entity or government entity. Driftio shall not be held liable for any actions you take in requesting data to be transferred from or into the Service using your personal information or identification credentials, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The accuracy of the Service is dependent on data collected from various third-party sources around the world, including providers of automatically updated investment values. Access to third-party data may be limited, delayed, restricted or revoked at any time by the third-party provider without notice. Driftio does not guarantee the accessibility or the accuracy of such data and cannot be held responsible for any errors, discrepancies or inaccuracies in the information retrieved or presented through the Service updating functionality.

8. Account data restrictions to personal data only

By using the Service you as a user are ensuring that your account only contains financial data that belongs to you personally. Each Driftio account may only contain financial data that pertains exclusively to the account holder. It is strictly prohibited to combine personal or financial information belonging to multiple individuals within a single account. Users may not input, store, or manage financial data on behalf of others within their own Balance.

If you as a user wish to view financial data from other individuals, this can be achieved through the Service sharing functionality. Users may share selected financial information with approved relations, allowing for the creation of customised dashboards that display a combination of individually shared data. This ensures secure collaboration while maintaining compliance with data integrity and security protocols.

9. Use of personal financial data, no personal financial data is shared without your explicit request or explicit consent

Driftio does not sell any personal financial data and does not use or share personal data for advertising or cross-context behavioural advertising purposes. Driftio may not disclose any personal financial data to third-party providers without your explicit and active consent.

Any such sharing is strictly limited to pre-approved relations that you have personally authorised. The Service is designed to ensure that you as a user retain full control over your personal financial data. Therefore, no personal financial information will be shared unless you have explicitly requested and approved such disclosure.

By actively selecting individuals or legal entities with whom you wish to share specific financial data, you may receive enhanced value from the Service. Such benefits may include financial education, personalised guidance, tailored financial products and services or verification of economic means related to bank accounts, funds, stocks and other asset classes.

When you as a user voluntarily send a relation request, or accept such a request, and then choose to share financial information through the Service you grant Driftio explicit consent to continuously disclose your personal and financial data to the designated recipients until you actively deleted the relation or revoked selected data access. This applies even if the shared information is subject to banking secrecy laws or other national legal restrictions. The access can be revoked at any time using the click revocation functions available directly within the Service.

AI-based functionality processes data solely as necessary to deliver user-requested features within the Service. Any AI-generated output is provided for informational and assistance purposes only and does not constitute verified fact or financial, legal or other professional advice. AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or based on assumptions or user-provided data. AI-generated outputs do not constitute factual representations and may include inferred, estimated or simulated information. Driftio does not guarantee the correctness, completeness or suitability of any AI-generated output.

Driftio does not use, sell or share your personal data for training AI models beyond what is strictly necessary to provide the Service, unless explicitly stated and consented to. AI-based features in the Service are tools that import and present output based on your specific assets and debts. They do not replace professional financial advice, and no personally shared or AI-based output should be relied upon as the sole basis for any financial decision. If you disagree with or have concerns about any AI-generated output, you may contact privacy@driftio.com. Where AI-based features optionally process your personal financial data to generate personalised outputs, these outputs are informational only and you are not subject to any decision made solely by automated means. No AI output in the Service produces binding decisions about you.

Driftio is not responsible for how any third party uses, interprets or acts upon data shared by you through the Service. Driftio is not a party to, and has no responsibility for, any agreement, transaction or relationship established between users and third parties. Driftio does not facilitate or take responsibility for any transactions or decisions made between users and third parties. References to validated data, verified identity (ID) or similar indicators reflect data linked to a validated source (e.g. bank APIs) at a specific point in time and do not guarantee current ownership, value or financial status.

Driftio App AB licenses software used in the Service from the external company Driftio AB. Driftio App AB acts as the sole data controller for all personal data processed in connection with the Service.

Driftio AB and Driftio Development AB act as external service providers and process personal data solely on behalf of and in accordance with the documented instructions of Driftio App AB. Both companies act exclusively as data processors for the purpose of providing, developing, maintaining and operating the Service. Driftio AB and Driftio Development AB have no independent right to use, disclose, sell, share or combine personal data for their own purposes and process such data only to the extent necessary to perform their contractual obligations as data processors. Personal data processed by these entities is handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection and consumer privacy laws.

Driftio AB and Driftio Development AB shall not sell, share or combine any personal data for any purpose other than performing the Services on behalf of Driftio App AB, in accordance with applicable data protection and consumer privacy law.

10. Prohibited actions

All rights in and to the software, models, functionality and data in the Service are reserved. For personal use of your information, you are permitted to download, copy, capture including screenshots or photographs and save your own personal information in the Service. As a user it is however strictly prohibited to modify, share, distribute, sell, publish or otherwise disclose any information that has been shared with you by other users through the Service. Users may use and share outputs from the Service at their own discretion, but such outputs must not be further presented as verified, certified or independently validated by Driftio unless explicitly stated within the Service.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing it is strictly prohibited to download, copy, capture including screenshots or photographs, save, process, analyse, share, distribute, publish or otherwise disclose any information contained within the Service for commercial purposes other than intended by the Service. Intended commercial purposes include processing, analysing, and storing user-authorised shared data for the benefit of the user, in a manner that does not compete with Driftio, such as using the shared data for user identification, data verification, credibility check, asset validation, credit score and compliance purposes, for example Know Your Customer (KYC), as well as for notification, education, advisory, recommendations and personalisation of prices, products and services.

The content, design, functionality and all intellectual property related to the Service, including the mobile apps, website, logos, graphics, software, text and other materials (the “Content”) are proprietary and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any rights in the Content, other than your own personal data, by accessing or using the Service and any attempt to use or exploit the Content without proper authorisation is strictly prohibited.

We expressly prohibit the use of any automated system or software, including but not limited to bots, crawlers, scrapers and artificial intelligence (AI) tools to access, collect, store, copy, extract or otherwise process any part of the Service or its contents for the purpose of training, developing or enhancing software functionality, software algorithms, machine learning models or similar functionality. It is prohibited to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying structure of the Service, including any of its Content, features or functionalities.

It is prohibited to use AI-based functionality to process data without legal rights, to attempt to manipulate or exploit system behaviour, or to present AI-generated output as professional advice, certified data or independent verification.

Any use is a violation of these terms and may result in legal action. Driftio reserves the right to automatically or manually suspend or permanently terminate a user account at its sole discretion without prior notice if the user is found to be in violation of these Terms, or if the user actions pose any risk of abuse or harm to the Service, its functionality, another user, the security of user data, Driftio or any third party.

11. Driftio limited responsibility and liability for the Service

General limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Driftio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to any financial loss, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities or reputational harm, arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes damages resulting from reliance on information provided by the Service even if Driftio has been advised of the possibility of such damages, as for an example interruption of information updates provided by third-party suppliers. Driftio shall thereby not be liable for any damages resulting from any information disclosed, displayed or shared through the Service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Assumption of responsibility by users: By creating an account with Driftio, users assume full personal responsibility for all personal and financial data stored within the Service. Users are responsible for ensuring that information associated with their accounts is accurate, complete, solely belongs to them, and that they have the full legal right to use and manage such information, without any third party, including companies or authorities, being able to claim ownership or control over it.

Accuracy and use of data limitations: Driftio strives to offer accurate, timely, and up-to-date data, including information from third-party sources. However, Driftio does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or current validity of any data or content, including personal information, asset values, debt values or other financial data and its update. Financial information may be delayed, rounded, estimated, adjusted using index-based approximations, or derived from non-real-time sources. Certain automatic update functionality, such as for example property indexes, may be updated with deliberate delays using proprietary algorithms to enhance the Service experience. Driftio shall not be liable for decisions made based on such information, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitations of the service availability: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Driftio does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Periodic maintenance, technical disruptions or external system failures may affect access or functionality. Driftio shall not be liable for any damage, data loss or disruption caused by such issues.

No professional or investment advice is offered: Nothing in the Service or these Terms shall be construed as creating any fiduciary, advisory or client relationship between Driftio and the user. Driftio is not a bank, broker, financial advisor, credit institution or regulated financial service provider and does not provide regulated financial services. Driftio does not offer financial, legal, investment or tax advice. All content provided through the Service is for informational purposes only. AI-based outputs, including guidance, analysis and data extraction, are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, credit or other professional advice, nor any form of automated or binding decision-making. AI-based guidance may be based on general financial theory and assumptions and may not reflect real market conditions or your specific situation.

Driftio does not currently provide investment recommendations, portfolio management, credit assessment or any regulated financial service and does not act on behalf of users in any financial decision or transaction unless explicitly stated and agreed as part of a specific service, feature or separate agreement, and where applicable in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements. Driftio may enable integrations with third-party services, but does not assume responsibility for any outcomes, transactions or services provided by such third parties. Any actions, decisions or services provided by third parties based on user-shared data are performed independently of Driftio. Third-party services, data sources and integrations may change, suspend or terminate access at any time without notice, and Driftio shall not be responsible for any resulting impact on the Service.

Driftio does not make decisions on your behalf. Users must not base any decisions solely on information obtained from the Service. Any use of the Service and its outputs is at the user’s own risk. The Service and any AI-based outputs must not be relied upon as the sole basis for any financial, investment, legal or business decision. Users are responsible for seeking needed independent professional advice before making any financial or legal decisions. Driftio disclaims all liability for actions taken based on information from the Service. Any actions taken based on the Service or its AI-based outputs are solely your responsibility. Outputs in the Service may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed or based on assumptions or user-provided data. Driftio is not liable for any decisions, outcomes or losses resulting from reliance on such outputs or from the use of validated data indicators or similar features, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

User data responsibility: Users are primarily responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of the data they import, upload, input or share within the Service, including ensuring that such data does not violate any applicable laws, secrecy obligations or the legal rights of others. This responsibility extends to both digitally imported and manually entered information. Driftio is not liable for any loss or corruption of such data, nor for compliance with data handling laws in jurisdictions outside the EU. Users must ensure that their use of the Service complies with local requirements, and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction, including financial, tax, data protection and banking regulations.

Data protection and cross-border use: Driftio delivers the Service from Sweden in accordance with Swedish and European Union data protection laws. However, users outside the EU are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service is lawful under their national data protection, consumer privacy and financial laws. Driftio makes no guarantee of compliance with every national jurisdiction from which the Service is accessed and shall not be held liable for legal implications arising from the use of the Service. Users in jurisdictions with restrictions on the international transfer of personal or financial data are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service complies with such restrictions.

Account security and digital identifiers: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials, maintaining appropriate security of their own devices and access environments. Passwords and login credentials serve as legal identifiers in relation to Driftio. Actions performed using those credentials will be treated as legally binding, unless Driftio is formally notified of suspected unauthorised access. Driftio is not responsible for damages or loss arising from compromised credentials or account misuse caused by user negligence.

Sharing of information between users: You as the user have full discretion over whether to share any personal or financial information or not. Users are primarily responsible for the optional decision to share data with other users, including private individuals, business users, enterprises or authorities. While Driftio provides identification tools, such as validation tags or identity indicators, Driftio cannot guarantee the truthfulness, actual identity or intentions of other users. The Service is a technical tool for data organisation, visualisation and general financial insight, and does not replace professional services or independent verification. Users may try to misrepresent their identity, manipulate their profile information or act dishonestly. Users are therefore themselves fully responsible for verifying the authenticity of other users before initiating data sharing and Driftio is not liable for any loss, misuse or fraud resulting from user-to-user interactions.

Indicator, tag and notification limitations: Features marked with information such as verified account, validated data, identity confirmed or source are based on third-party data, user input or automated assessments and are provided for informational purposes only. An identification confirmed tag indicates the users verified identity matches the ownership of the item. A validated tag indicates the last known value with a timestamp imported from a verified source, such as for example a, financial intermediary, bank or financial institution. The source tag indicates the origin of the imported item.

These tags should not be interpreted as confirmation of current or true value. Displayed information is approximate and may be outdated and may not reflect the current status of assets or liabilities. As the Service does not maintain real-time access to bank information or other financial records, Driftio cannot predict how long time a user retains possession of a tagged item. Notifications related to updates are also delayed in time and may not be triggered or be received. Driftio does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any such features or notifications and shall not be liable for incorrect, outdated or misrepresented information.

User data obligations: Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of imported or entered data, avoiding duplicate records, linking assets or liabilities to the correct update indices and confirming that automatic updates function as intended. Driftio does not assume responsibility for configuration errors, incorrect matches for imports or user-related technical issues.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of total liability: Driftio does not guarantee that the Service will meet your expectations or achieve any specific financial or personal outcome. Driftio makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service. The Service may support users in understanding or organising financial data, but it is not a substitute for professional advice or regulatory guidance. Users must independently verify the accuracy and legal relevance of all data, values and decisions. Driftio is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damages arising from personal, business, legal or investment decisions made using the Service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Driftio’s total cumulative liability to any user for claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to Driftio during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Driftio harmless from claims, damages, losses or costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your violation of these Terms or your breach of applicable law. Driftio shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, cyber incidents, regulatory actions, third-party service outages or interruptions in infrastructure.

12. Other conditions for the Service

By creating a Driftio account, you consent to third-party providers offering products or services within the Service, however no personal financial data is shared with these providers unless explicitly authorised by you.

Driftio reserves the right to transfer its rights and obligations under this Agreement to a third party without requiring further consent from the user, such as in the event of a full or partial acquisition of the company or its assets. In the event of such a transfer, users will be notified in accordance with applicable data protection law.

13. Authorisation

Driftio operates in Sweden under Swedish law and its operation is not subject to a permit or license from authorities in Sweden. By creating an account you as a user accept to use the Services under these conditions. As a user, you also accept that Driftio may apply for license permissions from the Financial Supervisory Authority in Sweden or other countries in the future, and accept the possible accompanying requirements of such license applications.

14. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with something, Driftio is keen to hear about it as soon as possible to investigate whether Driftio made a mistake and to be able to correct the problem as soon as possible. Complaints should primarily be made directly to Driftio at the email address info@driftio.com. If you are still dissatisfied after that, you can contact ARN, the National Board for Consumer Disputes, or turn to the general court in Sweden.

15. Dispute

These Terms are governed by Swedish law and applicable European Union regulations, including mandatory consumer and data protection legislation. Driftio provides the Service from Sweden but makes it available globally.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or in connection with your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Such disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Stockholm, Sweden, and the proceedings shall be conducted in the Swedish language. Notwithstanding the foregoing, should the Swedish court permit the use of the English language, such language shall prevail.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law in your country of residence.
